- A hybrid Phalaris (Phalaris aquatica x P. arundinacea )
- A hard-seeded French serradella (Ornithopus sativus )
- A re-selection within Black Mountain Secale (Secale montanum ) - this would be ideal for elevated areas throughout the Mediterranean
- A Festuca ovina (Sheep's fescue) - with drought tolerance adapted to a cool Mediterranean climate
- A grazing perennial Brassica
- A highly productive stoloniferous long lived Red Clover
- A cold tolerant Vicia villosa
